This event will be organized by Czech Society for NDT as an international annual meeting and exhibition in the Jezerka Congress Hotel, Seč, East Bohemia (app. 20 km SW from Chrudim). The conference is aimed to all topics of non-destructive testing and evaluation of materials and structures in all areas of technical activities.

It is an opportunity to meet together all people interested in research, development, as well as in practice, standardization and application of NDT/NDE methods. All interested persons are invited to participate at the conference, and to contribute by papers in both oral and poster sections. Manufacturers and suppliers of NDT instruments, software, publications and service providers are invited to present their products and innovations.

Jezerka Congress Hotel***

The newly reconstructed Jezerka Congress Hotel is situated in the protected landscape area of the Železné hory (the Iron Mountains) near the Seč Dam, about 100 km from Prague. The hotel is found 200m from the Seč Dam, a popular destination for those who love swimming, water sports or fishing. The picturesque hotel surroundings are intertwined with marked hiking and cycling paths that can take you, among others, to the ruins of the Oheb castle. Many more natural and cultural landmarks spread within 20 km around the locality.

The hotel has modern and comfortable furniture. All rooms are equipped with their own sanitary facilities, TV etc. The hotel has two restaurants , two wine rooms , congress hall , and 7 halls and lounges . All these premises are equipped with state-of-the-art audio-video devices and learning aids. Sport lovers can use the hotel’s indoor pool (12 m), outdoor pool (20 m), children’s wading pool, jacuzzi and steam sauna. There are also two bowling alleys, two tennis courts, two squash courts, fitness gym, climbing wall, indoor golf simulator, indoor shooting range (25 m), laser shooting range, and a gambling room. All these features provide an ideal setting for holding a congress, sports or teambuilding events or family holiday stays.

Transport for the participants will be provided from the train station in Chrudim.

• Deadline for abstracts submission: August 31, 2012
• Limit date for payment of reduced fees: September 15, 2012
• Deadline for papers delivery: September 30, 2012
• Detailed information with program: October 15, 2012
• Conference opening: October 30, 2012 at 10 a.m.

Conference Language

All technical papers at the conference will be presented in English, Czech or Slovak languages.

Call for papers

All authors are invited to contribute papers on the areas of conference topics (in both oral and poster sessions). Contributors are requested to submit their paper title with short abstract (app.200 words) and contacts till the August 31, 2012 - E-mail: cndt@cndt.cz
